Editing User Name

I'm trying to get all of my contacts organized and there is one in the User Management Group that is greyed out, thus it won't allow me to edit how their name appears (it's in all lower case - OCD!!!).

    Check their Status under Use Management. Does to say “Invited” or “Active”? If they are “Invited” you won’t be able to change their account name until they accept the invitation to join your team (and  become “Active”).

    Just now getting to this - but yes, he had not yet accepted the invite, so I resent it and it's been accepted - and I was able to make the change.

    Thanks for accommodating this OCD user. ;-)
