Formula

Hello everyone, I'm new to smartsheets and so far my experience has been positive but I'm heading into areas that go beyond what I have learned so far, I used basic formulas to do counts using =SUM, and =COUNTIF but I only have been able to use it to do basic counts. I need a formula that will look at at multiple columns in my case a project name list that has multiple project names and I have another column that has the corresponding status, like completed, In progress, and In Queue. I want the formula to look at the project name column and at the status column and based on the project name I want only to count and tell me how many are in Queue for each different project number. I'm sharing a part of my sheet in hopes it can explain what I'm trying to achieve. thank you in advance if anyone can assist.
