IF/AND Formula

I am trying to create a formula to track invoices that are completed under 30 days.

If the number in the "Invoice Duration" is less than 30 I'd like the next column "<30 Days" to populate with "Yes"

If the number in "Invoice Duration" is more than 30 I'd like it to populate "No"

Hi,

Try something like this.

The formula will show Yes if the cell is empty. Is that ok?

=IF([Invoice Duration]1 >= 30; "No"; IF([Invoice Duration]1 < 30; "Yes"))

The same version but with the below changes for your and others convenience.

=IF([Invoice Duration]1 >= 30, "No", IF([Invoice Duration]1 < 30, "Yes"))

Depending on your country you’ll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.

Hi again,

Added an alternative.

This will be empty if the invoice duration is empty and I also added the @row function so you need not think about the rows.

=IF([Invoice Duration]@row = ""; ""; IF([Invoice Duration]@row >= 30; "No"; IF([Invoice Duration]@row < 30; "Yes")))

=IF([Invoice Duration]@row = "", "", IF([Invoice Duration]@row >= 30, "No", IF([Invoice Duration]@row < 30, "Yes")))
