Checking a box sets a value in a dropdown list field

Hi folks,

I have a sheet with a checkbox called "Qtly" and another dropdown field called "Lead Status" -- the values in the dropdown are: No Lead, Lead, Active Lead, and Deal.

I am trying to figure out a formula for when the "Qtly" checkbox is checked, that the value in the "Lead Status" dropdown field automatically gets set to "Lead".

=if(Qtly@row = true, "Lead"

=if(Qtly@row = 1,"Lead"

=if(Qtly5 = 1, "Lead"

Hi,

Try something like this. If you have a formula in the Lead cell like the one below you can't change the status manually because that will delete the formula.

=IF(Qtly@row = 1; "Lead")

The same version but with the below changes for your and others convenience.

=IF(Qtly@row = 1, "Lead")

Depending on your country you’ll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.
