Please help!if certain cells are blank, return to specific answer

Try something like this.

• This formula will show as blank if all cells are empty
• One star if the first column isn't blank
• Three stars if the first and second columns isn't blank
• Five stars if all three columns isn't blank

=IF(AND(NOT(ISBLANK([Financial Risk (Link to Finding in Box)]@row)); 
NOT(ISBLANK([GPS Recommendation]@row)); NOT(ISBLANK([Supplier Add]@row))); "Five"; 
IF(AND(NOT(ISBLANK([Financial Risk (Link to Finding in Box)]@row)); 
NOT(ISBLANK([GPS Recommendation]@row))); "Three"; 
IF(NOT(ISBLANK([Financial Risk (Link to Finding in Box)]@row)); "One")))

The same version but with the below changes for your and others convenience.

=IF(AND(NOT(ISBLANK([Financial Risk (Link to Finding in Box)]@row)), 
NOT(ISBLANK([GPS Recommendation]@row)), NOT(ISBLANK([Supplier Add]@row))), "Five", 
IF(AND(NOT(ISBLANK([Financial Risk (Link to Finding in Box)]@row)), 
NOT(ISBLANK([GPS Recommendation]@row))), "Three", 
IF(NOT(ISBLANK([Financial Risk (Link to Finding in Box)]@row)), "One")))

Depending on your country you’ll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.
