SUMIFS on columns

I'm looking to sum the values in the duration column, if the row is not marked as a bug (this is a checkbox column) and if the district name matches a value (in this case Muskogee).

This is what I've come up with and it's not working:

=SUMIFS(Duration:Duration, [District Name]:[District Name], "Muskogee", [Program Bug/No Charge]:[Program Bug/No Charge], "0")

Help :(

Try removing the quotes from around the zero.

=SUMIFS(Duration:Duration, [District Name]:[District Name], "Muskogee", [Program Bug/No Charge]:[Program Bug/No Charge], 0)

I started with that. I'm getting a circular reference error, but I'm not sure why. None of these fields are dependent on each other.

What column is your formula in? Did you check your data ranges to ensure that error isn't present in any of those cells?

I've got a sheet where I'm trying to sum the job values that are rated at 40% chance of winning, and also on a state by state basis.

I'm planning on doing this in a sheet Summary so I can pull that data to dashboards later.

I'm using Sumifs formula and I get a $0 answer no matter what.

Formula is: =SUMIFS([SELL Revenue]:[SELL Revenue], [Chance Of Win]:[Chance Of Win], ="40%", State:State, "QLD")

The state and % Chance of win are drop down fields if that makes any difference.

I'm trying to refer to them as text using the Quote Marks but I've been banging my head against the wall for hours.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Try something like this.

=SUMIFS([SELL Revenue]:[SELL Revenue], [Chance Of Win]:[Chance Of Win], 0.4, State:State, "QLD")

Smartsheet reads percentages as a part of a whole or a part of 1. This means that 1 = 100%, 0.50 = 50%, so on and so forth. Try adjusting the precentage requirement to a decimal.

=SUMIFS([SELL Revenue]:[SELL Revenue], [Chance Of Win]:[Chance Of Win], =0.40, State:State, "QLD")
