Adding Location column to web form

I know the apps have it but is it possible for the web version of the form to include a location column?

I know web is perilous especially from a desktop with proxy and such. But many many many phone web forms now just straight ask for permission to use location.

I have a lot of special requests to track location on form. I am perfectly willing to accept the perils of web based browser location or a warning or whatever, but many folks in a "in the field" form situation would benefit from have a location column.
