Count average time to close action
Hey,
Can anybody please suggest me with a formula that would calculate the average time a person takes to close an action assigned to him in a row? I have attached below the layout of the sheet. The formula should calculate the start of the time from when the date raised changes to a value and return a value in the time taken column when the status is closed. It would be great if the formula could consider the exclusion of weekends and bank holidays.

You would need to manually log the date when the status is marked as closed. I generally just have a date type column and consider any date in this column as the status being closed. The you can use a NETWORKDAYS function to calculate the difference between the two dates and include a list of specified holidays.
