How can I add a number of days to a date column in the same sheet?

Hi!

I currently have a column that is supposed to add 14 days to another date column in the same sheet. The formula I'm using is: =["Date Column"] + 14

However, what I keep getting is "Apr 21, 2020 3:10 PM14". Both columns are date columns.

Try this.

=[Date Column]@row + 14

Try this.

=[Date Column]@row + 14

In addition to Andree's comments try,

=Dateonly{[Date Column]@row) +14

It looks like you might be referencing a system generated date column which also generates the time as well as date. Using Dateonly will knock down the return to just a date.

I have added days to a date like the above however how convert I the error (invalid operation) to a blank cell in the estimated completion date column?? (if error does not work, attempted if formulas but then the days do not add to the date)
