Need a formula to count how many of each Support Type is assigned to each Assignee.

For example, for the DFM/DDFM Support Type, I would like to know that there are:

Communication:

(1) Ashley Pierce

(1) Tanner May

Proposal Review:

(1) Alexa Briggs

(2) Ashley Pierce

Try something along the lines of...

=COUNTIFS([DFM/DDFM Support Type]:[DFM/DDFM Support Type], "Communication", [Assigned To]:[Assigned To], "Ashley Pierce")

Thank you, that's perfect! Now what if I wanted to also include Service Provider Support Type?

    For example, per the above:

    Communication:

    (1) Ashley Pierce

    (2) Tanner May

    (1) Alexa Briggs

    Is that possible?

You would create a second COUNTIFS to look at the second column and then add the two together.

=COUNTIFS([DFM/DDFM Support Type]:[DFM/DDFM Support Type], "Communication", [Assigned To]:[Assigned To], "Ashley Pierce") + COUNTIFS([Service Provider Support Type]:[Service Provider Support Type], "Communication", [Assigned To]:[Assigned To], "Ashley Pierce")
