Archive only if Project is in the Past

I was trying to set up an archive rule that has a condition of if the project status is Complete and if one of the dates in the profile data (the end date plus one year) is in the past.. can't seem to figure it out. Obviously, the completion status is just weather or not blah is "Complete" or "100%" or whatever you key off of for your own projects. The date-in-the-past part is stumping me..

Maybe I'll just have to create a new profile data that toggles yes/no based on if the end date plus a year is less than today. I guess I'll toss an enhancement request if no one has any bright ideas.. it just would be nice if it was an option in the Archiving filters.

Have you tried inserting a date column and then enter:

=DATE(YEAR([End Date]@row) + 1, MONTH([End Date]@row), DAY([End Date]@row))

Then using this date column as your condition?

@Paul Newcome, I tried that and variations.. Doesn't work. I don't believe Control Center's archiving accepts formulas in the condition fields.

I'm resorting to adding a binary "Archivable" profile data to my projects. Probably only going to grind through the earliest 500 today (i.e. open 20 projects' data sheets at a time, insert row, paste profile data name, paste formulas, open next 20.. etc... have to do it this way because Global Updates only go so far.)

My apologies. I didn't realize you were working in Control Center.

I use Move Row Automations to "Archive" projects from my Rollup Sheet and thought that was what you were referring to. Sorry about that.

No worries.. just trying to make the archiving as fool-proof as I can. I still can't get some managers to follow simple directions... So, I do what I can to make every part of everything (including the high-level admin stuff) as robust as possible.

* Sheet has one empty cell and a cell right next to it that says "Enter Date Here -->"

User: "Where am I supposed to put the date?" *still puts it somewhere else even after you tell them
