Highlighting changes on a sheet
If I highlite changes done to a sheet for me within the hour or so, will this rule show up for others or does everyone need to setup this highlighting feature themselves?

In my experience , the Highlighted changes will show up for everyone who can view that sheet.
If you select the option of viewing changes since "I last viewed the sheet", each viewer would see a different set of highlights based on thier own last logged in time.
