How to auto-populate hidden values for forms?

Hello, my name is Matthew, and I am working on a project that gathers data from clients. The goal is to receive documents from them and have them uploaded to SmartSheet. I would like to be able to send them a form based off a contact cell, but I am having trouble with this. The other issue is, unless they type what we have for their contact, it won't register in SmartSheet. We have a unique system and some of the names might be hard to identify for the customer. My goal is to create a custom form that is sent to each customer that already has the name of their organization complete. Is there a way to do this?

If you want to send a form to someone in a contact cell and have them add data to an existing row, that would be an Update Request. Forms add new row of data.

You build Update Requests in the Automation section. If you have a column with the proper organization name in it, you can use the same Automation and it will show the appropriate data.

Yes, there is.

You could use the URL-Query feature to pre-populate the form.
