Managing dashboard or report views against source sheet row data

I have a sheet tracking dependencies and dates. For example:

Design
Implement (dependent on design)
Test (dependent on Implement)

I want to show these 3 key dates on a dashboard or other sheet with the columns:

Project feature | Design date | Implement Date| Test Date | Status

Is this possible?

Cell linking does not work since it only copies from 3 rows to 3 rows on another sheet, or 3 colums to 3 columns

Report view did not put the dates underneath the column headings for Design | Implement | Test

I think I found a hack.

Remove dependencies in project settings

Make the date columns "date" type

Implement column = UX column + 3 days

Test column = Implement column + 3 days

All days slides to the right. Kind of hacky but it seems to work.

I wanted to keep the Gantt view though in master sheet which tracks off of rows..
