Due Date alert?

One way you can do this is to create an automation with a date based trigger. To set the alert to run prior to the due date, select the "Run Once" then scroll up on the drop-down to "1 week before". The last part is to select a Date field from you sheet (in my case I called it Due). From there you can choose to enter a specific contact, or use a contact column in your sheet for a more dynamic alert.
