Are Recurring Backups Incremental?

My team is starting to explore the benefits of using backups and we are wondering if backups are incremental after the first backup? We are trying to avoid all of the files attached to our smartsheet each time we backup.

Any help you all have will be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, it's not.

That would be a great addition to Smartsheet features.

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

As a possible workaround, you could maybe use the Backuo Tool (not sure if it's incremental, but might help in any way)
