does a system admin have the ability to see workspaces that have not been shared?
Our President had created a workspace and wanted assumed the System Admin had the ability to see all workspaces. Does the SA have the ability to see workspaces that have not been shared? If not, is it possible to share workspaces to SA by default?

The System Admin has a very low-level view into sheets and spaces created by others. If the system admin needs to access the workspace, it's best to share that space with them and give them admin privileges.

A little more detail into @Mike Wilday (Haven't seen you in a while. Welcome back. Haha) response...
The sys admin can pull a report that only shows "Workspace Name" is owned by John Doe and shared to Jane Smith.
There is also no "default" sharing setting, but that would be pretty useful. Feel free to Submit a Product Enhancement Request when you are able.

@Paul Newcome Its been a long year.

@Mike Wilday I know what you mean.
Here's to an entire year admitting that 2020 won (2021).
But don't worry. We will get another shot at it next year (2022 = 2020 too). 🤣

LOL so true. 🤣

@Paul Newcome How do you get the list of all workspaces?
-
@dnelsen You would go into the User Management section of the Sys Admin portal, select the dropdown for "More Actions", then download a Sheet Access Report.

@Paul Newcome I did that, but it doesn't show workspaces, just sheets, dashboards, and reports.
