Convert form response in to standalone project?

Hi,

I created a Smartsheet form to intake requests for support from my team. I'm not aware of an easy way to then create a project based off of the form response without having the Control Center add-on.

Ideally I would like to set up a system where I can view the incoming requests then approve/reject/send back for more info, and then once approved, convert it easily in to a project. It looks like this is easily possible only in the Control Center (https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2478401-smartsheet-control-center-set-up-intake-sheet) but I don't see a way to automate this without Control Center.

@Andrée Starå I know that Control Center would be a great fit for this, but it looks like @Ryan Nelling is trying to avoid going that route if possible. Do you think Zapier or some other 3rd party app could handle this? My experience with Zapier is limited to automatically inserting a new row, so I am not familiar with the full capabilities of this tool.

Unfortunately I don't think I can leverage Zapier with the security protocols my company has in place. I am inquiring internally about Control Center to see if I can get budget for that, but in the meantime any solutions outside of control center would be great.

Outside of Control Center but still native to Smartsheet would have to be a manual solution.

Depending on your exact needs though there may be ways to make the manual portions a little more manageable such as if there are multiple sheets/reports/dashboards all linked together for each project, save them all into a folder and label the folder as a "Template Folder". You could then save the folder as new and all sheets would be linked to each other in the new folder.

Maybe some cell links/cross sheet references to automatically pull certain repeated data points onto the other sheets, so on and so forth.
