Can I pull a report based on who has access to specific reports/dashboards for governance ?

In line with GDPR, I need to be able to pull monthly reporting on who access access to specific sheets. Is this possible?

@Andrée Starå thanks so much for your response. Yes staying positive and testing negative thankfully :)

I see that only System admins have the ability to pull such reports. I am currently just a licensed user :/ but something I could perhaps my administrator could help with.
