Anyone know what this balloon means?

Today we noticed a "balloon" on one of our entries:

We have no idea how this appeared? This cell is populated from a Form the clients complete to receive a Covid vaccine. The history shows that a client entered his number and there are no other changes to the field.

Any ideas??

Have you tried clicking on the balloon? Is it possible that the user keyed it as an emoji?

Hi @StephanieR

I agree with both Paul and Andrée; if the user is filling out the form from their phone, it looks like they may have accidentally added in an emoji at the same time as filling out the numbers.
