Grabbing a date and time from a form

Hi there,

It is easy enough to create a date field on a form. Is it possible to add a date and time field? Obviously, I could use free text but that is not as clean.

The only way to avoid a free text would be to set up dropdown columns with options for hours, minutes, and am/pm.

If you are trying to capture the submission date/time, then you can use a system generated Created (date) column in the sheet.

Thanks. I'm not trying to capture the submission date, but rather a previous date and time.

Ok. Then you are going to have to go with my first comment.

You can either leave it as free text or you can use a series of dropdowns to allow users to select the hours, minutes, and am/pm.
