I'm running a recruiting campaign and I need to log all of the leads that are going to come in from separate landing pages.

Is it possible to have those contacts be uploaded to a spread sheet the moment a person submits an application?

Sure. Just use Smartsheet Forms to collect the data. The data will get written to the sheet; to each sheet supporting each form. And then create a consolidator sheet to collect all of the data from the collectors. Then on each collector sheet, create an Automation to copy/move the data from the collector to the consolidator. You can include a column with information about the collector sheet so that the consolidator tells you where data came from.
