Using the Average(Collect) formula

I am trying to create a formula that will calculate the average days of a column if the FY column = FY2021

This is the formula that I am using but is keeps giving me an error

Are both references pulling from the same sheet?

If so, I would start by evaluating the data in Range 6 (the range you want to average). Make sure that it is actually numbers instead of text values.

You can also check the contents of both ranges to see if that particular error is present. If it is, you will need to correct it in your source data as that error will pull through other functions.
