Auto send a completed form to an email address

I like the format that is provided when the email message includes "Links to sheets and all fields".

I find it clean and organized. The only problem is that I'd like for the email message to show the column name and data associated with that column only. All columns without data should be omitted.

Are there any solutions for this?
