Hello,

I want to know when information has been updated in a sheet, how do I set this up so any changes made in the last X days highlight the cells?

To quickly identify and review the changes that have been made to a sheet, use Highlight Changes.

To add to Bassam's excellent advice/answer.

Depending on your specific use case and needs, you could also use Conditional Formatting to highlight the cells.
