Event Reporting 403

Hello everyone,

Hope you are well.

I am trying to access Event Reporting through a API call following the respective documentation https://smartsheet-platform.github.io/api-docs/#get-events.

My account belong to an Enterprise plan and I am System Admin. Also I generate the API access token multiple times but I am still getting the following error:

{"response": {"statusCode": 403, "reason": "Forbidden", "content": {"errorCode": 1013, "message": "The operation you are attempting to perform is not supported by your plan.", "refId": "difywgt25p3o"}}}

What can I do? Any suggestion is welcome :)

Event Reporting is an add-on that is available for purchase if you have an Enterprise plan. Is it possible that even though you are on an Enterprise plan, your company hasn't purchased this add-on?
