=COUNTIF({Template -Tasks Range 1 - Due Date}, <=TODAY(7)

I have this working, however how do I add Only if the Status column from origin sheet is not complete?

I've tried variations around this...

=COUNTIF({Template -Tasks Range 1 - Due Date}, <=TODAY(7), {Tasks Range 1 - Status}, <>Complete)
