Is it possible to see which form was for entries on a sheet?

I can't figure out how to use a sheet with multiple forms and then how to tell which entry was submitted using which form. For instance, I am sending out 6 different forms that all belong to one sheet. These forms all of slightly different information on them. Then, those people all respond and I have a sheet full of 20 submissions. How do I see which submission was submitted using which of those 6 forms? I've resorted to just only using 1 form per sheet so that I know the submissions were from that form. But, then why have the option to allow multiple forms per sheet?

    Hi @Samuel Cohen

I hope you're well and safe!

You can add a so-called helper column with information about the form and then use the Default Value in the form set up to include it for each form.

    Make sense?

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic week!
