Formula Invalid Operation

PTO formula =IF([Yrs of Srv]@row >= 5, "20", "15")

Remaining PTO Days formula =PTO@row - SUM(CHILDREN())

When I manually input the PTO days without a formula, the remaining PTO days formula worked. Once I added the PTO formula, I received the error.

=IF([Yrs of Srv]@row >= 5, 20, 15)

=IF([Yrs of Srv]@row >= 5, "20", "15") The "" surrounding the numbers make Smartsheet interpret it as text.
