Referential Integrity

What if a primary key is linked to a foreign key from two different sheets, is there a way to block the deletion of data to keep referential integrity? This would be helpful in preventing orphaned records.

Is there even a function to create table relationships in Smartsheet similar to MS Access? I'm not finding one so far...
