How can I create a notification/alert when data is not submitted by a stakeholder?

Our practices have to submit their inventory count using a Smartsheet form in a weekly basis. I want to be able to see what practices have not submitted their data in a weekly basis. Anyone has an idea of how I can build that?

Hope you are fine, you can add a system column ( Created Date ) and use it to check if the practices have submited their inventory count during the last 7 days.

Thank you @Bassam Khalil This was very helpful. I will create a separate sheet with all practices listed that will pull the last created date from the form entry sheet for each one of them. And then I can create a formula to flag if the last created date is greater than 7 days. I think that should work.
