Does anyone else have trouble with attachments missing from email notifications within a workflow?

We use smartsheet for electronic applications. Once a new application is submitted, we generate documents, and check a box which triggers our workflow. It is supposed to include attachments, but sometimes it is missing. Does anyone happen to have a solution for this?

    It depends on the workflow, triggers, and more.

    Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
