Can you access the API when on Pro plan?

Hi I'd like to generate an api access token in order to work on some integrations with the Smartsheet API. However when I click on "Generate new access token", I get a popup saying "Upgrade for Smartsheet API". Yet here: it indicates that the API applies to Pro plan, which I am on.

Please could someone clarify is this information wrong and can one not get API access when on the Pro plan? Thanks.

    No, accessing the Smartsheet API is not available for Pro plan users. I have let our Help Content team know that this article has an incorrect plan type in the window to the right, thank you for pointing this out!

    The features list for each plan type on this page here will have more details on each feature. As you can see, the Pro plan does not have a checkmark next to API Calls.
