Sending automation (alert) including an attachement


I have row with either one or two PDFs attached that the document builder just created based on the data from the row. I'd like to add an automated trigger to send the attachments to the user (contact in a column). Is there a way to just include the attachments in an alert email?

    Yes, but it will be sent as links to the attachments.

    • You could add an Alert and set the to Trigger to When An attachment is Added.

    I ended up adding the PDFs to the row and then for now send out a message manually. Because we're sending two PDFs the attachment the trigger doesn't know which one which. Ideally, sending an attachment should be triggered by a field with a customized message.
