I seem to get stuck whenever I try to add an additional project and the formulas between sheets don't seem to transfer properly. I've reviewed the written instructions several times but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I would love to see an example of how to set up multiple sheets that roll up to the dashboard. Have you explored and looked at the example Template Sets in the Solution Center? They are excellent starting points.
Here are two that show two different ways to set it up.
Also, I'd be happy to take a quick look at your current solution and recommend the best way forward.
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

If you scroll to the bottom of the page where the template is downloaded, there is a short tutorial on the features of the template set. There are gifs that go through each dependency. I opened up two windows and built a sample project in the templates while watching the gifs and reading the tutorial. It takes a bit of work to get it dialed, but you can figure out the workflow with a bit of persistence.
