Yes. It seems like the cells are interpreted as text (being positioned to the left).

How are you populating the cells? Formulas? If yes, can you share the formulas or sheet?

I have had similar issue, but I have used following formula to fix no number issue:

=VALUE([column1)]@row) * VALUE([column2]@row)

used in ROUND formula:

=ROUND(VALUE([BC - VAT value actual - (AV+AY)]@row) * VALUE([BA - VAT % from SAD]@row), 2)
