Dashboard Form Link Icon

This happened once automatically without me doing anything special, but I can't seem to reproduce it. On a project dashboard, when I created a link to a Smartsheet form, Smartsheet recognized it as a form link and gave me a nice icon.

Was this feature introduced and then quickly removed, or something? Anybody know how to reproduce this?

Thanks for asking the question, I too am puzzled by this, can.t figure out what controls the icon.

The only thing I can offer is that its related to a smartsheet update as links to forms I setup months back have the "form" icon and now more recently just the chain link.

Change you shortcut widget to Stacked

Thanks Isaias, what you've said aligns with my experience as well. I figured it was related to an update but then rolled back for some reason.

Paul H, widget layout appears to have no bearing on this icon appearing or not.

@Jules Petitjean You are correct the form icon now only seems to be working on the mobile app not the desktop.
