JIRA connector button missing

Hello,

We have a team member who has set up a JIRA connector to the sheet you are seeing, the info has been covered up. Normally we see the JIRA connector button on the right hand side ribbon but it is not there. In checking other sheets setup with JIRA we see the same issue. Is this a permissions issue? not sure what it could be as it looks like no one else is experiencing this issue.

Currently the in-app button for the JIRA connector is turned off while some maintenance is being performed. You can read more about the maintenance on our Status page, here.

In the meantime, you can access the JIRA connector through the direct URL https://connectors.smartsheet.com/c/jira/login

Hello Genevieve

In the absence of the connector icon I am not able to view the available connectors for a smartsheet. If I use the link option I am not able to see if a smartsheet has existing connectors.

Is there another way to view the available connectors?

The issue described in this post was resolved in May, 2022. If you're still unable to see the connector icon, yet you know your account has access to this connector, please contact Smartsheet Support.

This is the response from Support -

Upon checking the Smartsheet Status Page, the buttons were removed from the right rail but the connectors remain accessible via direct URL navigation. The team is working towards reinstating the navigation buttons to enable users to access the Connectors functionality, but this will take some time and there is no estimate yet for when they will be reinstated.
