I would like to utilize the help text in one form for a separate worksheet/form and not have to retype. Is there some way to get a list of field settings, labels and associated help text so that I can copy and paste more easily?

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.
Here's a possible workaround or workarounds
- Save the sheet as new and include what you need
- Copy and paste
