Is there a work around for hitting cell maximum character count?
Our team tends to max out the character count in a cell. Does anyone have any solutions for making the best of this situation?

What types of cells are you experiencing this issue with? We've had this happen in "Notes" columns, so what we'll do instead is direct the team to use the row Conversations, and change the "Notes" column into a "Latest Comment" column type.
If it's another use case, I would figure out a way to split it into separate columns. Let's say you have a "Project Description" column that people tend to get wordy with. Maybe you split that into separate columns such as:
System Type
Options Selected
Site Specifics
etc.

If they need to accommodate more text, they'll need to create additional fields to contain it.
