Adding Images in Form Body and Descriptions

I'm looking to be able to insert in-line to a survey question a graphic that would help them choose the right option.

I do not see a way to do that with the current technology.

I need a picture embedded in the form to guide my auditors when evaluating compliance. Thank you for your attention to the requests for the added feature.

Hi, I would love to be able to put a picture into Forms so the person can see references to what I am asking.
