Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid

Hi,

Since last week if I want to open the zip folder from the download backup link it gives me the following error.

 

Please assist.

    Sounds like some sort of data corruption. 

    However if you go to your Smartsheet Home area and locate the Workspace or sheet you are wishing to retrieve a backup from and you should be able to see "View recent back ups" 

    If you have deleted the sheet then recover from deleted?
