Conditional Formatting Key or Legend
We use conditional formatting for our master training calendar to show which training is for which audience. I have been asked to provide a "key" that shows what each of the colors represents on the calendar, but I haven't been able to find an easy way to do this. Any ideas are welcome and appreciated!

Like the link thread said, you can add the legend at the top and then build the Reports to pull them in if necessary.
I I have also saved my sheet as a new sheet, deleted the data and then just created a set of data that shows what the various conditional formats will show.
That gets printed and put on my wall.
(when I have a wall)
