Countif not working properly in summary sheet

I am attempting to create a sheet summary to summarize complaints.

I would like the sheet summary to count the number of complaints by month. I have entered in this function for October: =COUNTIF(Month:Month, "October"). It is working properly.

However I tried to enter this for September: =COUNTIF(Month:Month, "September"). I am getting an #UNPARSEABLE error message.

Any ideas why one is working but the other is not?

Can you post a screenshot or screenshots showing both formulas in the sheet?
