Countif query with blanks

Hi,

I've had a search through the community but I can't seem to get a working formula so hopefully someone can help me.

I'm trying to count if Issued Date is not blank and Responded Date is Blank.

=IF(AND(NOT(ISBLANK([Issued Date])), [Responded Date] = ""), 1, 0)

Try this:

=COUNTIFS([Issue Date]:[Issue Date], NOT(ISBLANK(@cell)), [Responded Date]:[Responded Date], ISBLANK(@cell))

Your formula will work if you add @row to the columns:

=IF(AND(NOT(ISBLANK([Issued Date]@row)), [Responded Date]@row = ""), 1, 0)

I used Brians advice in this case since it more closely aligned with what I had - A face palm moment when I realised I hadn't used @row.
