Data -> Exported Form

Hello,

I am relatively new to SmartSheets but I am looking to place a form we have now into smartsheets to collect the data there.

However our Executive Team likes the look of the original form...

Is there a way to export data in a way other then in a grid/ excel looking chart?

Id like to customize it and have it run only certain parts.

HI Alex, are you looking for a form for entering the data and for it to be passed into Smartsheet or the other way round ie extracted from Smartsheet into a form view?

Hi Alex,

Depending on your set up and specific needs you could use the DocuSign Integration or the Google Doc integration to generate the forms.

If you want to create a form more similar to the design above you could use the integration with Google Forms.

If you wish to use the capabilities of Smartsheet, I found the best way to handle this was by using a check box on each row of the Sheet, setup a Report to only look at rows with check marks populated, and then use a Dashboard to display the Report (Report Widget).

By using the Report Widget on the Dashboard, you can have a row displayed based on the check mark. I used a text box Widget for the signature line.

You can setup your template to be printed on the Dashboard (company logo, signature line, etc.). Once the Dashboard looks the way you want, press the printer icon, set it to Landscape and Tabloid size (otherwise columns may be cut off), and then print as a pdf. This is working for us.
