Dynamic View shared to "Requester" - Requester can't view

Hi Community,

I created a Dynamic View from a Smartsheet report (including Request Title, Request Date, Requester Name...) and I restricted the view to the 'Requester' column. Since all requester's email address have the same domain, I added this domain in the shared domains for the view.

However, no requester can see the view.

- They all have a Smartsheet account

- They all have the same domain

- I already tried to manually add them to the view as "shared user" and they can't still see anything

Already reached out to Smartsheet Support on the phone but I am asking for your helps as this is a very critical issue. 

Any suggestions?
