the end date and the gant chart date is not matching

Any body has a problem similar to this: I set the end date at 2018, but the gantt chart showing a 2019 ?

I could reproduce this by setting

[Start of Fiscal Year] = March

and

[Primary Heading]

to [Quarters] and [Q2 2018]

My $0.02 - that's a bug.

Hi I want to know how I copy some columns from master sheet to another slave sheets and, also slave sheet should follow the modification done to the master sheet simultaneously.
Require a field to be filled before a certain value in another can be selected
I would like to require that a couple of fields ("Root Cause" and "Resolution Notes") in an "issue tracker" sheet that we're using be filled before the dropdown field "Ticket Status" can be changed to "Resolved". We do not have any of the add on functionality. Is this possible with a Smartsheet Business account?
