Hello, I am unable to take an email document stored in smartsheet and save to box.  I have tried to download the email, save it to computer desktop and receive the error.

"a resource is busy or you lack sufficient access rights or permissions"

I have tried to download the email document and while the email is open chose "save as" to save to box and receive the error "a resource is busy or you lack sufficient access rights or permissions"

I am able to move my own emails but not emails that were put in by other smartsheet users. This happens whether I am the admin or owner of a sheet.

Box is new to our company and we are having to move the stored documents from smartsheet to box as this is our new repository for all documents.

Am I missing something?

As you have found, before you can upload an existing attachment in Smartsheet to a third party online storage system like Box, you'll have to download the attachment to your computer first. Based on your screen capture it looks like there's a permission restriction on the document that's preventing you from downloading the file to your computer.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/

Also, if possible, you could consider having the person who uploaded the file into Smartsheet also upload the file to Box.
