Error when trying to add a user within the company

Hi,

I am trying to add a user through User Management, but I get this error:

"The user you are trying to invite is in a Smartsheet Enterprise Plan. To invite and Enterprise user, please contact sales at...."

Any help is appreciated.

Any request or specific smartsheet error that suggests you contact them is usually solved very quickly be emailing support@smartsheet.com
